international shipping
At AntopiaUSA, we currently do not offer international shipping for our products. However, we are constantly working to update and acquire the necessary licenses and permits to expand our shipping options. Please check back for updates on our international shipping availability.
D.o.A returns & exchanges
Our live arrival guarantee ensures that if your colony or queen arrives dead, we will provide a replacement or refund at your discretion. However, please note that certain conditions apply. When temperatures are above 80 degrees, you must purchase a cool pack in addition to your queen or colony purchase to be eligible for the guarantee. Additionally, for colonies or queens in the Myrmecocystus genus, overnight shipping is required to qualify for the guarantee as they are particularly fragile during transportation. We will provide an insulated box and appropriate temperature pack at no extra cost when overnight shipping is selected. If your colony or queen experiences significant loss during transit, please contact us within 15 minutes of receiving your shipment with pictures or video evidence. Email is the preferred method of contact to ensure accurate time stamps. If we do not respond immediately, please expect a response the following day.

Shipping Practices
At AntopiaUSA, we take great care in ensuring the safe arrival of your new colony or queen. To ensure the best possible outcome, we offer a variety of shipping options including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We also provide the option to purchase insulated boxes and cold/hot packs in our Ant Keeping Accessories section. These items are included free of charge with all overnight shipping purchases. To avoid delays, standard shipping is only carried out from Monday to Wednesday, and overnight shipping is only carried out from Monday to Thursday.
